Navlakha Villa is a 4,200 sq ft three-floor residence designed for a joint family in Navlakha, central Indore. The brief called for independent living quarters on each floor while maintaining shared social spaces on the ground level. VIP Home delivered a modular kitchen fitted with Hettich hardware and quartz countertops, warm-toned textured wall finishes in the living areas, and a rooftop terrace with a pergola and seating zone. Each floor includes a private sit-out. The structural frame uses earthquake-resistant RCC design per IS 1893 guidelines.
