Kanadia Residence is a contemporary three-floor family home spread across 3,800 sq ft in Kanadia, one of Indore's well-established residential neighbourhoods. VIP Home managed the full scope from structural design and IDA approvals through to interior fit-out. The ground floor opens into a double-height living and dining space that flows into a landscaped rear garden. Upper floors house four en-suite bedrooms and a dedicated study. Premium vitrified tile flooring, UPVC windows, and a concealed electrical system were specified throughout. The project was handed over on schedule within 16 months.
