Plot area is the size of your land. Built-up area is the total floor area across all floors — it includes external walls, staircase, and common areas, so it's typically 10% more than the sum of all carpet areas. We apply a 1.1× loading factor per floor in this calculator.
Economy (₹1,600/sq ft): AAC blocks, ceramic floor tiles, standard aluminium windows, domestic fittings.
Standard (₹2,200/sq ft): ISI-certified RCC frame, vitrified tiles, UPVC windows, Jaguar/equivalent fittings, Havells electrical.
